Mexicans tend to be of Southern European and Amerindian descent.

As can be seen from this study, the difference between the Testosterone levels of Portugese Men and American Men (off all Races) was the same difference, as between Americans and Asians.

Perhaps the Amerindian descent of the Mexicans lowers the difference slightly (between them an other races in America) as the difference between them and other Americans isn't as great as the difference between Portugese and Americans. Perhaps it's better to say Southern Europeans have Higher Testosterone.
