Turkish cuisine is not genuine or original.
It is based on Ottoman cuisine, and Ottoman cuisine is based largely on Greek and Armenian, never Turkish and never foods from central Asia. Turkish has no commonality with central Asian foods where they came from originally, therefore 100% of Turkish food is copy of Anatolian Greek and Armenian. |
