+polychronio Yes, absolutely. The Greeks and Romans were probably the most significant civilization of all time because they gave knowledge to both the west and the muslim world. However, Arabs were not Greeks before the Islamic conquest. That's just ludicrous. The Egyptians were Egyptian and the Levantines were Aramaic.
