All natural fats are good. Saturated animal fat is healthy contrary to popular belief, low-calorie does not mean healthy. We need calories, high-calorie is healthy as long as its not high-sugar. Fat people eat low-fat diets, when these actually cause obesity as the liver looses its ability to convert fats into glucose and starts converting the masses of glucose into fats which can not be used since the body becomes so well adapted to converting glucose into fat that it cant do the opposite.
